the week so far has been good. not too bad.
The only thing that has been bad so far is the weather
gales, rain ... i love it.
It's really strange that my peers actually hate the weather
and they stare at me and go ' Are you mad?!'
Haha...maybe i am. Yeah there are times where I wished it were
warm and sunny but hey! I love the cold more.

SO let's see what has happened so far...
Monday, nothing much just had a lecture on spine
where the lecturer clearly looked as though he was taking the piss
out of having to give the lecture. haha....poor sucker
he was clearly bored just as we were, and he appeared to be lecturing to the computer instead of us...
He sat there with his head resting in his palm and lectured.
Geez....I wonder how he was even allowed to lecture in the first instance.

Tuesday;
Went to the Great Western Medical Practice for our
first tutorial for the comunity course.
Really pleased and happy to note that my community course group
which I will be stuck with for the following 2.5 years is really
funny and nice, Always a plus when you are stuck with
a group of pple for the long term.
so we basically had this discussion on health and normality
and we discussed our upcoming family visits.
geez i'm stuck with this turd.
he seems nice enough but he has got a rather arrogant english slang
and whenever he makes a diagnosis about a case study,it almost
always ends in death... hmm....wonder if that's a good professional trait.
Anyway we'll see..
So basically, next tuesday we will be chauffered to the family that
we are visiting with by our GP tutor.
It's gonna be a family who has just experienced the arrival of a new baby
so basically we will in pairs go into their homes and
have a 'wee chat' with them about the whole process and how their
lives have changed with the arrival of 'Baby'

I can't wait.
If you know me, I'm not very good with children.
When asked in a survey two weeks ago
regarding our future career paths and we
were asked to list our 3 most unlikely
career paths for me it was:
Plastic Surgery, O & G and Paediatrics.
Go figure.
Being stuck with Mr. ''Death is just around the corner and we should embrace it peacefully ''
is
NOT
going to help.
I hope it will be a good experience coz I'm truly looking
forward to it.
Honest.
