Hihi....today was rather okie. Had only two lectures. not too bad. I'm gonna get wise and start printing my notes off the net. haha..No more damage to my poor hands and fingers. Full concentration on the prof. Hopefully.
I just realised that being an Asian in an angmoh society can have debilitative effects on poor impressionable and delusional pple. I don't know if you guys noe this but I am the only singaporean in my batch. unfortunately, there are 2 other asian chinese, whom I feel rather disgusted to be related to by skin colour. One is, I quote, 'Hongkong Canada' the other 'Australian'. what I think....BULLSHIT. Listening to them talk makes my skin crawl. Literally. Geez...don't they get it? It doesn't matter how many 'Wassup's and 'Man' they use. They still look like GEEKY chinese. and...not American as they wish to think themselves to be. STUPID. and they are awfully rude too, they don't seem to greet pple whom they are aquainted with. and the funniest and best part, although they hang out with each other during lesson time, they treat each other like SHIT. which is probably what they are anyway. Guys out there, DO NOT SHAVE YOUR HEAD AND LEAVE FUZZ GROWING OUT OF IT. It's ridonculous (to quote School of Rock which me and my flat mates caught the other day). And if that hairstyle together with little metal spectacle frames doesn't spell GEEK or PRICK, I don't know what does. Geez...
For my benefit and health I have chosen to ignore them and not acknowledge them when I see them. Even when they are sitting directly across me in the bus. For the record, they don't say hi either. Thank goodness. :)
Today was in town again. bank account finally open. Should pave the way for easier monetary affairs. Except for my darn mobile phone account that can't be opened till I have a bank statement. Which will probably be sent out in a couple of days time, and then i can gleefully Shove it in that Obnoxious handphone salesman's face. Bought a couple of pillows! YAY! It was a legit reason why I had to get them, my neck was getting twisted and sore on the pathetic pillow that came with the duvet pack.
I just realised that I am still able to access my NUS stuff. probably rather useful at this point in time. probably the only time when NUS has actually been useful. HAHa...not too that great an extent anyway. but well...must fully utilise the $2500 I gave them. Just saved a whole lot of biochemistry stuff. hope to find some nuggets of gold within them.
Tomorrow will be a test of mental and physical strength. I'm gonna sprint from the zoology building that is about half a mile to the Mac Robert's building at king's college in 5 minutes. haha. Look guys, leg muscle. Stamina. haha. I'm gonna go home and tan myself on the beach.
I just just just discovered e-messenger from the girl sitting next to me. It allows me to chat with you guys on MSN thru the internet! YES! YES! YES! Now...I just have to figure out this time zone thingy. This is super. though no one is online now. Haha....See you guys online soon!
