At the end of another long and tiring day. Well at least today I am able to type this today. Yesterday was truly tiring man....had another night of insomnia. Didn't even sleep at all. So just managed to pull through the long FIRST DAY on the job with a two hour nap the afternoon before. Yeah so basically was the first day on the job. Turned up there at 7.am in the morning. Joint a dr. meeting at the conference hall at 75. MEt with the first disgusting sight of NUS 4th yr med students. They came in thongs, fashion threads and dyed long tresses. Man...they cld have passed as a bunch of pple just trooping into or outta a pub. Go figure. so went on rounds, sat in the clinic to listen to consultations and went to OT to watch surgery. First time i'm seeing major open surgery, previously only saw micro-invasive surgery at Prof chen. So it was kinda fascinating at all the raw work and man handling of shattered femurs.

Well today started off with a blast. Literally, darn ass of a dad spoilt my whole day by instigating a stupid quarrel. Why can't that old geezer just shut up and stop enforcing his pointless points on others? I think he gets hell of a kick out of getting everyone angry and spoiling their day. Selfish PRICK!

Well so today tried out the interviews that we were to carry out. Later on met with dr. Benjamin chua to discuss how to simplify the interview forms so that they could be more efficiently carried out. So we revamped it, made copies and tried it out on another pts. Short, succint, sweet. Good. Next we went and saw Dr. Png at diagnostic radiology where the main essence of our employment is abt. So basically we are to drag out digital x-rays from the records from now all the way to last august. Quite fun realli...running thru the maze of hallways and the best part is that we get to see red tape areas tat normal public are never able to see. so we did tat and then went home at 6.15pm. Much earlier than the 7.45pm last night. whee!

Yeah....now here's the idle chatter and ruminations bit. I'm a very frank and honest person and I dun like puttin on acts. What u see is wat you get. Yeah yeah u have to keep your emotions in control when your dealing with others. Man....that's unrealistic. A ploy to feed the egotrinsical needs of the human animal. but then again the common thought is that it is alright to sacrifice personal feelings so as to fulfil the frail needs of others and it appears even more profitable if by doing so u mite just be able to win some gd impression. guess that's just society. We are too weak by nature.

right then gonna call it a night!
